Anna began her study of massage therapy at the Arcata School of Massage, gaining a solid base in a variety of techniques including therapeutic bodywork, Swedish, acupressure, and both passive and active movement. After graduating, Anna's fascination with the human body grew into a strong desire to deepen her knowledge of how it functions in order to best assist her clients in their healing process. This desire led her to complete Reiki I training, intensive anatomy and Physiology courses, and to gain further experience as a teaching assistant to massage therapy students studying massage techniques and pre-natal massage. The combination of communication and informed, intuitive touch allows your body to feel supported in its natural healing process.

Shannon Davis

Massage therapy is a beautiful opportunity for me to work with my hands, mind, and heart to directly help people.  My goal is to improve wellness by facilitating recovery working expertly with soft tissue to improve range of motion and any physical limitations; allowing people to be pain-free.

I graduated my first massage therapy program in 2002 at Emperors College of Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA. I then went on to study and complete a 200 hour yoga teacher training at The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Woodbourne, NY in 2005. In 2008, I graduated from Nevada School of Massage Therapy and became Certified with The National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

I use and integrate techniques from Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Injury Massage, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, and Structural Bodywork to address and meet all your needs.

Alyssa Jackereas

My passion for healing began with graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2013 , and now I currently hold a massage therapy license in the states of Maryland and California. I practice many modalities ranging from deep tissue / injury  massage, to Swedish / relaxation, and love to incorporate tools such as massage cups and aromatherapy to enhance one's experience. Wanting to continue my education further in holistic healing, I then became a certified yoga instructor, level 2 Reiki practitioner, and a herbalist.

My goal is to help your body heal, alleviate pain, and bring all over wellness into your everyday life.
