I am 36 years old and had never been to a chiropractor in my life, I'll admit I was a little nervous...Dr. Bellinger was great. He explained what he was going to do, and has a very calm manner. I went in for a really sore upper back/tense neck, all stress related. That was 3 weeks ago and my neck and back have never felt better. I wish I had started this years ago (would have saved alot of suffering for myself). I will definitely go back for my back :)
